Parent/guardian MUST sign in on cipboard in front and designate who will be picking the child up in the afternoon. No one will be allowed to pick up a child that is not on the sign in sheet.

 

Parents/guardian MUST sign out in the afternoon.

 

A fee will be charged for children picked up after closing time. The fee is a lollar per minute for every minute after closing time.

Illness policy

 

 

NO SICK CHILDREN WILL BE ALLOWED

 

This rule will be strictly enforced! To protect the other children, we ask that parents NOT bring children who have had diarrhea, fever, vomiting or tother cold symptoms within the previous 24 hours.

 

If a child has an allergy that makes him or her appear to have a cold, a note from a doctor must be attached to the child's registration form.

 

At no time will staff at Little Oak Preschool administer medications for any reason.

 

If a child becomes ill while at school, a parent will be contacted immediately. The child will be isolated from the other students by sitting in the office with adult supervision.

 

Certain illnesses require a doctor's note in order to return to school. Some of these illnesses include: lice, measles, staph infection and E. coli. A list of infectious diseases can be found on the board of information at school.

 


  • No toys are allowed to be brought to school.
  • Please make sure your child's blankets, diapers, clothes and wipes are labeled at all times.
  • No outside fod may be brought in the center, unless for parties or specified events.
  • No medications will be given by any staff memeber.
  • A child receiving three written warnings with in a month will result in a day suspension. More than three with in a month may result in an extended suspension.
